The Smoke Out East 9 was a Friday through Sunday event on June 21 -23 at the that drew enthusiasts from both coasts showcasing talent and creativity.
The magazine recognizes the dedication it takes to burn the midnight oil during those cold winter nights, alone in the garage wondering if it’s inspiration or insanity that compels such dedication.
It’s not about shows; it’s not about parties; it’s not about labels — it’s about blood and guts, the will to win and sacrifice… It might be a little about the parties.
This bike show has only one class: CHOPPER. Choppers of all varieties are represented, bobbers, Swedish Chops, Rock-a-Billy Chops, etc. as well as various engine configurations such as Sportsters, metric engines, Shovelheads, Evos, everything. The HORSE, BC staff picks TEN winners. There is no First, Second, Third etc, just TEN winners. All winners are featured in the Horse magazine. These ten usually represent a variety of styles and engine configurations.
